I lied..

Heh, I said I would post more stuff here. It seems that I didn't do anything at all. Meh.

My LiveJournal shall remain private.. and this tabulas shall be closed. You can go and view my public journal here: she21NU

Shame-less.net died; my host wouldn't let go of the domain. *sigh*

Does anyone even read this tabulas, by the way?

CrossPosting and a few other things

When I first checked in on my Tabulas account, the first thing that went through my mind was: "What the hell happened?" The second was: "Was I hacked?" And the third was: "Did Tabulas turn into a dictator?" But after a quick browse through the Tabulas updates section, I calmed down.

It's slightly amusing, but yeah. Heh.

Tabulas has this new cross-post feature. YAY! From now on, I'll be posting a bunch of stuff other than mIRC snippets, as my entries will be visible on my LJ account as well.

However, some posts will be private. More YAY!

And did you hear? LJ's also done its own bit of overhauling. Six Apart bought LJ~! O_O; Yes, Six Apart, the creators of Movable Type.

Oh mama.

A Serious Case of Closemindedness

View this thread

He brought up debatable points, and some points worth thinking over. Sadly, most of his points are just bullshit.

...Saying things like \"Kawaii neko chan desu.\" which more than likely means \"where can I score more anime?\"...

The hell? So what if they say stuff in Japanese? What has that got to do with anime aside from the fact that it\'s generally in the Japanese language? So if I\'m gonna say \"Suivez-moi, amis\", I\'m actually asking \"Come fuck me, I want something French.\" ?

...Brittany Spears, Janet Jackson and Madonna cannot even begin to compare to the utter sexual debauchery portrayed in anime..

1. That\'s BRATNEY. 2. She\'s a WHORE. 3. If she didn\'t live in the US, she\'d be fucking the TV by now.

..Anime is also very violent, more so than any Jackass, Power Ranger or Walker Texas Ranger show ever could be.

Look at what you\'re doing over there! Hello? All those wars and killings and bombings..!

...Anime is filled of images of women being rapped [raped] and killed! And even more images of people disemboweling and dismembering each other!...

In that case, porn should be banned as well, right? Gothica, erotica, ebony, bi, lezzo, gay and what other shit.

...Anime is slowly destroying the halcyon and peaceful state of today\'s youth like no drug ever could. Stop it now before its too late.

Just because America didn\'t start that doesn\'t mean you have to go and make everyone so patriotically jealous. Get your head our of your ass, man. America\'s not the only country in the world.

...Stop the Japanese evil. ...keep Anime out of America and show those Jap bastards we won\'t stand for it anymore!

RACIST!!!!! WWII\'S FUCKING OVER!!!!

The more you\'re forbidden to, the more you want. The more you want, the more you get addicted to it. Go figure.

Worst of all, the whole thing was a satire. *bow*
