A lot has happened since then but one thing has stayed the same: Tara is still in critical condition and the man responsible for the shooting  remains at large.

Let us sign this online petition and join in the effort  to combat our own apathy and to extract responsibility from those who took an oath to serve us. It will only take a little of your time.
