Oh well. Back to the frog's arterial system. God help me.

I suppose it's because my brain's overflowing with all those insane terms we've learned in OT and Zoology throughout the sem that I find it impossible to retain any new information... Or maybe it's because I'd rather just live life than write everything down.

But then again, it's nice to update people on how things are once in a while. Especially when things are going great. :)

So yeah! Although I was down (way, way down) with the flu last weekend, making me miss "the loser's" birthday party... I have been forgiven (I think), and things have begun to look up. :) But I swear. I will forever regret not being able to even just drop by. If only I wasn't on the verge of puking, I swear I would've found a way.

Thanks to the "Block 20 epidemic" most of my blockmates are sick as well. So we've been cramming like hell this week. And I believe the academic stress will last all the way to October. Agh.

Breaks? What are those? They DO NOT EXIST in UP Manila, apparently.

So, I stand corrected, things aren't exactly great... but they're GOOD. And that, for now, is enough. :)

I stepped out of the LRT semi-fresh and ready to get on the FX that would bring me home, when...

I felt something wet on my heel.

Something that was travelling slowly and gooey-ly down to my slippers.

I figured it was just the usual canal water.

BUT NO.

It was spit. Phlegm. Pure, green, sticky, pedicab driver-induced spit.

I am the luckiest girl in the wooooorld!
