[x] This is an online contest; not exactly an awards category.

[x] Usericons to be nominated should be created by the user.

[x] The User must have updated within September and/or October, 2007.

For the past few months, I've noticed that people rarely go here anymore. Hehe. Nobody seems to want to nominate or vote anymore. I want that confirmed.

I'll be placing a pollbox in here for votes on whether we should keep PinoyTabulista Running or we should Shut it down.

Ilang araw na lang ay first wedding anniversary na nila ni Paolo, kaya naman tila wala siya sa sarili.
