Some people are gifted with intelligence. Some with skill in a specific sport, skilled in a specific art, while some people are blessed with attractive physical features. We all have our own gifts, and our own weaknesses. And yet two 14 year old boys, Liam Velvet and Curtis Flaxen, seemed to be a step higher than everyone else. Liam was a jet blacked haired boy…a heartthrob. Many women would tell you about his “boyish charm” At the same time, He got very good grades and was a genius Soccer player. He was known throughout Sageworth academy for his well-rounded ness and angelic, kind heart. Curtis was a Blonde haired pretty boy; who was also very popular with girls (and half girls). He was also highly intelligent and had a beautiful singing voice and a talent for composing beautiful songs. Liam and Curtis we’re inseparable. Leaving girls smitten and swooning when they would walk together along the campus, mysteriously, Liam (though him and Curtis were really BIG flirts) never courted anyone. While Curtis currently had a girlfriend, a half French, half Filipino girl named Anoinette.  Liam and Curtis…are not like everyone else, they are not human, for starters. Liam and Curtis are Nephilim. Sons of Fallen Angles. The descendants of those who followed Lucifer when he rebelled against God.  They were both very much aware of what they were, that is why they stuck together. Fallen angels and Nephilim are not allowed to set foot on heaven. The story begins while Liam and Curtis are eating lunch in the school cafeteria…

“Curtis, they’re doing it again…”

“hahaha! Haven’t you got used to it by now?”

“yeah well..i am but it still feels weird…”

“hey curtis…”

“what?”

“shouldn’t YOU be waving at THEM by now?”

“oh..right, right..”

Curtis waves at a group of giggling girls sitting on the table opposite theirs

“look, Liam…its Hale…”

“sigh…”

“she’s so beautiful, Curtis…”

“why dontcha just talk to her?”

“cmon, you know as well as I do that every girl in this school thinks we’re both really cute”

“…”

“totoy ka talaga! Hahaha!”

“yeah yeah…put a sock in it…”

“tsss…cmon, why dontcha just say hi?! Saying naman ung ‘boysih’ charm mo!”

Curtis stands up and walks toward Hale

“HOY! ANO BA! WAG GAGO!”

Liam instantly stands up and spills his iced tea on his uniform

“liam…pffft” curtis laughs his ass off

“ergh…uh…hiya Hale ehehehe?”

Liam finally manages to say hi to Hale…he sees her laugh softly and smile at him

“hahaha…be more careful next time”

Someone says “ang cute ni Liam…” somewhere in the canteen

“see ? that wasn’t too hard, eh?”

“….the girls were LAUGHING, dumb ass”

“hahaha! Ang dami ngang na cute-tan sayo eh! You should be more confident in yourself!”

“damn…now im gonna have to go through this whole day with an ICED TEA stain on my shirt…”

“okay lang yan! Now, step 2…ask for Hale’s Yahoo id! Tapos i-befriend mo siya!”

“what? You chat with some other girls in y!m, how is Hale any different?”

“well, yun nga eh…she’s Hale…kinakabahan ako sa kanya”

“tsss…torpe ka talaga! Kaya mo yan, ako bahala sayo!”

Hale’s group of girls pass by

“ah! Look, Liam.”

Liam and Curtis walk over to them

“hey girls” greeted Curtis

“umm..uhh…hi?” said Liam, which was barely heard

“so hale, my…” curtis says this in a fancy, british accent “associate, young Liam here”

“were THE SAME AGE, dumb ass” liam whispers this “psst, curtis, ako na…”

“umm…Hale, I was wondering if I could chat with you sometime? On y!m?”

The girls giggle and “Liam’s so cute when he’s nervous” and “ang gwapo ni Curtis” phrases are heard in the background. Curtis whispers “don’t blow it now, dimwit…”

“umm..okay..thanks”

“bye, ladies” said Curtis

Liam quickly walks away, his eyes twitching in annoyance and nervousness because of the constant giggling while Curtis soon follows suit.

“hehe..sure…paramihan ulit!”

“where do you want?”

“you pick. I picked last time”

“hmm….”

“the abandoned construction site…should be lots of hell spawn  there”

i brought my beige oxygen shirt....put it on, put on my pants, then my gray sweater...then, i look at myself in the mirror

"hey...why does this fit me so well...?........it was a little big for me last time..."

Then, at the easter buffet at the country club (again...) i stood up to get more crepes, then i stood next to lolo...then everyone was all "paelo! mas matangkad ka na kay lolo!!"

then it came to me...the shirt fitting me so well, my sudden being taller then lolo...

I GREW AN INCH PEOPLE!!!!!!!

I AM NOW OFFICIALLY 5'3 and a HALF!!!!! OOHHHHH YEAAAAHHH!!!!

we got home last night at about....8 pm last night...i ran to straight to the pc! (i missed my mp3 files....) then, logged on to y!m...bev wasnt online though...sigh...

anyway, baguio was a LOT more fun than usual...my holy week ROCKED really hard, actually...^^ everyone at tita roweena's place kept calling me "southborder" though....what the hell?! that Duncan guy's NOSE is too big! parang PAROT! i do NOT look like that! well...mom said it herself...kamukha ko daw pero konti lang daw...minus the big nose though...MY NOSE IS NORMAL, THANK YOU VERY MUCH...

ahem, here are some of the things that made baguio really fun

1. going to the country club "fitness spa" (err...gym) with my tita! yeah...im not really allowed to lift weights yet...so i just concentrated on the uh...cool training bikes, the push up and rowing excersise mat, and the abs uh...contraption...i was able to do 20 minutes on the training bike! .....ang sakit ng katawan ko...yeaouch...my joints hurt and stuff but its okay...cause i definitely feel stronger!

2. taking a looooooong.....hooooot.....showeeeerrrr at the country club locker rooms.....you have no idea how relaxing it is in a cold place like baguio...

3. go to the mall! we ate at teriyaki boy! (T E M P U R A) then, i went window shopping...i saw this really cool shirt at human! then i thought..."what if i ask lola to pay for half of it...yeah..." SO, i was able to buy a shirt at human for HALF PRICE!! thanks to my grandma!

4. PIG OUT at the easter buffet! can you guess where? yes, the country club again ^^ i can still taste that...mushroom stuffed chicken breast...and that...turkey with giblet sauce...whatever giblet sauce is...and those MANGO AND STRAWBERRY CREPES TOPPED WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM AND CHOCOLATE SYRUP...i swear...hindi ako makatayo when we were gonna leave na!! i ate too much! hehe..okay lang yan!! im a growing boy! right?

5. just chill out and enjoy the weather....play some ps2 (my cousin brought his), play the guitar at my spot in lola's garden (tamang tama ung "creative atmosphere" XD)   or just sit in lolo's uber comfy chair and watch tv         

well, that's pretty much it...ow....ang sakit ng katawan ko! hahaha! there really is no place like home...

]]> http://tabulas.com/~paelo/785401.html http://tabulas.com/~paelo/785401.html Tue, 29 Mar 2005 01:53:19 +0000 SIGH... http://tabulas.com/~paelo/781456.html http://tabulas.com/~paelo/781456.html Sat, 26 Mar 2005 07:42:11 +0000 baguio, yet again :) every year during holy week, my dad's side (grandparents, dad and his 3 brothers and their familys) goes up to baguio for holy week.(stands up to get hot water to drink) once again, my throat is acting up....sigh......anyway, last night my dad was all "we're leaving at 4 am". this morning, they woke me up at 8 and said we were leaving. we left at 10 :P ang bagal kasi nila eh! i almost forgot my guitar...the trip was, well, surprisingly really fast...though it WAS 6 hours, it only seemed like, well, 2 hours...i drifted in and out of sleep throughout the whooooole trip...i was awake for like...30 seconds, then i fall asleep for a few minutes then wake up....then fall asleep...wake up, doze of, wake up, doze of...oh, you get the picture! when we got to baguio, we went to my tita's house first.....then my cousin's all "may kamukha ka....ung vocalist ng south border! si duncan! ung laging naka bonnet!"...............................umm........is that a good thing or a bad thing? haha...anyway, nothing really interesting happend after that, im about to lie down and err...try to sleep, actually...hahaha....hope i can...well, that's it for now...

(eggs with ground beef) well, we only did the project for like...an hour? and we spent like 3 hours just playing around with the guitar and listening to music.he left at like 8 30 and we decided NOT to finish the project yet ^^... anyway, i woke up at 8 today and went out for RO at 10. the rest of the family were about to go grocery shopping when i got home (mga...1 ako nakauwi) i just decided to stay home and rest...by that, i mean internet and music :D puro emo na ulit ako ngayong eh..hehehe;) well, right now everyone's busy with something...im typing this,downloading "like a prayer" by rufio...and listening to music, as usual :) dad's cooking steaks(oooh...YEAH!!!) and everyone else is watching tv. this is my current favorite song! me and kiel downloaded it last night!DOWNLOAD IT RIGHT NOW...TRUST ME ON THIS

Last January 29, we went to shabu shabu in Shangrilla for my bday dinner! We invited my mom's side of the family(dont know when i'll celebrate w/ dad's side yet) anyway, tito agi gave me body spray from Human(which i will be using from now on:D) while tito chris and my grandpa gave me...well, let's leave that for later. the food was great! you get to cook your own food in those boiling water uh...pots and their sauce was just...ummm...what's the word...superb! yeah! i cooked lotsa beef and nooodles and ordered some garlic rice and ate some TOFU!(protein...pampatangkad) and after that we had coffee in starbucks and watched a live band doing remakes of old songs(the kind our parents like)................................
...............................................................................................................................OKAY...well, lotsa middle aged people were dancing and i just fell back on my chair with the rest of the family. after a while, we all decided to go home and i was REALLY happy cause of tito chris' gift :)




what was the gift? well,

1. Its Big
2. They set it up in my room
