So much has happened in the past months and I haven't updated my blog even once. I still can't get back to my blogging because the sem's not over yet, sadly. Errr... And it pisses me off to know that my Ripway account got deleted. T_T Sh*t....

Back After A Long (Unexcused) Hiatus

Looking at the dates of my posts, I realized that I have been "tabulasly" idle for quite a long time--a period long enough to be considered a 'hiatus'. For the past weeks, I have been preoccupied to my studies and everything, academic-related, though the improvement, which I was aiming for, wasn't that recognizable. I still suck at Pharmacology (bleh), Pediatrics, and MedSurg. How sad, ne? Heheh.

A fast recap of my life-happenings for the past month:

1. We had a Literature presentation of Poems about Nature, which everyone are really preparing painstakingly for 3 weeks. Our group even had an overnight rehearsal during the storm's reign. Though it flooded around my classmate's residence, it did not stop our group to pursue our planned rehearsal. Thankfully, all our hardships has paid off. We got a perfect score for the presentation, which actually comprises half of our Preliminary Grade in Literature. I am glad to reach, at least, a partial salvation from Literature, although the other half (the exams) is virtually impossible to own. Good lucks will do no help, but probably, Quiapo-Friday and Baclaran-Wednesday masses will. Lawl.

2. Today, Tuesday, and tomorrow, Wednesday, are Accreditation Days to be supervised by the team from PACUCOA. So, let's face it. Just like every school having periods of visitations from that accreditation body, our school setup was radically transformed, which is quite astonishing. Parang wala ako sa school, as many would say. Our professors even asked us to learn and memorize by heart the college's Vision-Mission. Bleh. I am through with all those memorizations last year. Actually, the accreditation was supposed to be held last year but was canceled for some reason. Being the usual rebel, I wasn't prepared for the day. I know nothing of our college's Vision-Mission. The accreditors wouldn't ask for it, I betcha, I told my friend. This morning, an accreditor surprisingly talked to me during our class, as we about to start our post-test. She asked me, Would you like me to ask your professor to cancel the test? Deep inside, I was like, What the f*ck?! Do I look like someone stupid to be unprepared? Not really insulted, I replied jokingly, We're prepared enough for the test. Yabang! I don't really think that I made the wrong reply. We must really look competent, right? Then, I was informed that the accreditor who talked to me was the only nurse in the team and she was known (by the faculty) to have, hell, a 'grudge' on the Thomasian Nursing community. Humanda sila!, sabi pa DAW niya. WTF?! Here's my two cents. Sorry but we have 'prepared enough' for your coming and we wouldn't get caught off guard. Belat~

Anyway, I'm really apologizing for the sudden hiatus, which makes it 'unexcused'. Lol!

Our literature professor gave us an assignment for our Final grading. We need to read the novel that he assigned to our class. And freaking effin' hell, wala sa lahat ng bookstore! Lagi isa or dalawa lang ang stock. So, I badly need someone to lend me this book... So, I'm begging you...

Rabbits~ The picture above is my kawaiii rabbit named Usagi-chan who died because of indigestion. =/

Reefs. I've seen one of these treasures in Palawan. Soooo amazing~

Rainbows! Waiii~ I luff them. I even saw a late night one.

Raw foods. I don't care if we studied about a number of parasitic worm infection acquired through eating raw foods especially fish (sashimi). I still love it! Pink Salmon Sashimi is teh pwnage!

Rest. In a tiring course like nursing, I have learned to befriend rest and its benefits and even, learned to crave for it.

Roleplaying Games and forums. Game roleplaying has been my friend whenever I want to let off some steam, while Forum roleplaying has been my best teacher in literary writing. =)

Rubik's cube. I feel fulfilled whenever I solve the entire faces of a Rubik's cube. Thanks to Maaku-kun for teaching meee~

Riddles. Braintwisters are an addiction to me.

Eh? Tabulas? Where's the 'R' in that? Lol.
Well, Recording is the word. I love to write life with the help of our beloved Tabulas. =)

Dati, pag nakakita ako ng innumerable palpaks ng government, I relentlessly complain to the wind. Sa kawalan, I mean. Kasi wala naman magagawa kung sisimangot ka lang. I always believed that our country do need a radical reform and I know that I could help through my power of choice by means of participating in the elections. Kaya nga nung recent elections last May, medyo disappointed ako dahil hindi ako nakapagregister. Soon, magkakaroon na ng small-scaled elections--botohan within our barangays. Naisip ko, sana kahit dito man lang, makapractice ako ng aking right and responsibility to vote. So, ayun, kumuha si Daddy ng form para fill-up-an ko. Supposedly, ipapasa namin kanina...

Grabe. This sucks. Ayoko na. Napaurong ako pagdating ko.

Pagdating namin sa Quezon City Hall. WTF! Ang haba-haba ng pila. Tapos ang init-init! In fact, someone fainted dahil sa laki ng crowd. (Di siya sanay sa maraming fans) And hell, antagal ng paggalaw ng pila.

Hinding-hindi niyo ko mapapapila sa ganung kahabang queue! Lalo na ngayon na time ko para magpahinga mula sa puyatan ng exams.

Nek nek n'yo! Wala nang boto-boto! Pag nasa ibang bansa na lang ako (assuming), dun na ako boboto ~"Absentee voting" =). Nyahahah!

...and thus, I practiced my right not to vote.

Crap. From 1 'til 4 AM, I was trying to completely understand the essence of darn anti-infectives (antibiotics, antivirals, antifungals, etc) and anti-inflammatory agents. Yet, it seems that I haven't grasp the entirety of my readings. I am not confident with what is retained in my nutshell. Crap. I am on way my to sure failure.

Pray for my soul...
