Every time I logged into tabulas.com there's always something new and I like it. Roy is so great to pull all of this together... now, if only I'm not so hooked up with LJ. *LOL*

Anyways, I'm trying to concentrate and focus to my work right now, so after this I'm going to disconnect the fast connection and work with my slower connection instead.

And there's so many Filipinos here. :D I kinda missed hearing people speak in Tagalog, even though I know zilch of that language. *LOL*

Masami treat us for her birthday last Saturday weekend. It's been a long time since I saw them. I had a picture of Pikun, but I forgot to bring my cellphone cable. A girl next to our table borrowed Neko's magazine, which was quite bold, since she doesn't knew any of us. :D

I'm anxiously waiting for my new Google Tee, the old one is kinda worn out and I don't really like how it goes with my body.

Meanwhile, this stupid thing happen to me a while ago. I took out some cash from the ATM and went to buy cellphone vouchers. Then, I remember I left my folder on top of the machine. When I went back, this cute guy was bringing it out.

And I step forward to him saying: "Oh, that's mine. Thank you!" in English! Tsk, tsk! It's been a long time since I speak to anyone, here writing English all the time into the blog and stuff and now, it blurbs out. Gah!

Over at holidays, Surabaya is so hot, I can barely stand it. Either I go to the cyber cafe or I bathe. One time, I bathe four times. I tried the new cyber cafe, I just love the big screen LCDs, it was so noisy there.

One afternoon, I spent more than four hours screenscraping a 8MB++ file to smaller chunks.

Lydia sent me a package two days ago, containing hundreds of manga scanlations. Made my back hurts and me sleep deprived. Thanks, sweetie! Red Rivers.... I want more of it!

Dini lent me Joey season one and watching it was kinda entertaining, his geeky nephew is hot! XDDD Too bad the show was cancelled. I just love the stuff over at his apartment.

Meanwhile, Nodame Drama and Nodame Anime just get me so excited! The dorama site is updated often now that it's airing.... *gush*

Detective Conan/Meitantei Conan/Case Closed is made into a dorama. [the entry, plus scans from Shonen Sunday.]

Translation Summary for the Yomiuri News using Nifty:

It is made to commemorate 10th anniversary of the series. The story will be based in the pre-Conan transformation, called Episode Zero.

Cast for Shin'ichi Kudo is Oguri Shun. Yup, that guy.

Oguri Shun seems to be a fan of Gosho's other works. He has read some other series as well, and he will try best not to ruin the role. (The promotional picture for the dorama surely shows his arrogance. But, still his image is far from Shin'ichi)

Air date: this autumn.

How many of you had the time yet to see the designs at CSS Reboot?

Every May 1st, people are rebooting their designs all over the WWWorld.

I wanted my university site to do the same, but the domain administrator went MIA on May 1st, so we had to wait until the National Education day (May 2nd)to launch our website. So lame!

As you can see, it's ages since my last re-design and update to this place :P

This is the 360 degrees view of my room! When Elizabeth was here, I borrowed her digicam to take these pictures.

Since the pictures were explained in Indonesian, here's the translation:

Picture 01 - Where I hang my clothes, neck ties, bed sweep (things to sweep the dust out of my bed). The left is manga book rack and a fan from Cytra.

Picture 02 - Here you can see my laundry basket, some of my dolls, and left cabinet. You see, I don't like dolls, but for some reason, people kept giving me dolls. ;-)

Picture 03 - My right cabinet used for storage, with a to-do board and calendar. The red sofa was only a usual sofa covered with a Bali sarong used for reading. Between sofa and right cabinet, there's the AQUA gallon and newspaper rack(?)

Picture 04 - My bed. :P

Picture 05 - Nightstand, which actually a rack filled with books, magazines, and CDs. Next to it was a study table. The one in the picture is Elizabeth.

Picture 06 - [This one is quite blurred, took it with my cellphone] This is what you can find between the computer and my study table. Stacks of books! Yup, behind those books are stacks of magazines.

On top of those stacks I laid my coffee table. With files on the left and dictionaries on the right (I'm a translator, remember?) with brushing tools.

To the left under the study table are handouts or copies of books from my college years. XDD

Picture 07 - The computer area. You can see some sarong hanging, that's my window XDDD Very exotic, eh?

Picture 08 - I have stacks of CDs right to the mouse and stationery tools. Translation notes on my CPU. USB plugged. Voltage Stabilizer. And then the manga rack once again.

It's slightly different now, but I guess it's okay. A bit messy, but it's okay. How about yours?

Since Pikun is in Surabaya, we gather up today. Too bad neko couldn't join us.

I was so broke and was horrified when Beby informed me that the cost of bemo and buses now are 2K (US$ 0.20) each. T_T

And dude, I was sweating like hell at the journey. I got Bemo BM after walking for sometime, then the buses wasn't very comfortable either.

I'm too spoilt with fresh air and better public transportation in Ambon!
